La Cultivada is a femenine project where Biodynamic agriculture is key and all goes around it. Elena Vecino has been running the olive mill now for a good decade, and she’s the second generation now running the project.
This Picual, known for the highest antioxidants levels among all olive oils, is quite energetic, fresh and reminds you some notes of figs, green stems and olive leaf. We suggest to have it with some avocado to enhance their fatty flavours, also to finish up some oily fish.
