VARIETY: Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Fuji, Gala, Judor, Reineta and Golden apples.
METHOD: Pink lady apples are macerated during 2 weeks with battonage method and the others are direct pressed. Then, they ferment all together with their wild yeasts. Bottled and disgorged by hand.
