A good bread can make a meal shine! All of the bread we serve is from Pan de Luis of Granada. Luis' breads have the ability to enhance any meal, through deep flavors and perfect textures that display the length of preparation and care put into each loaf.
All Luis' breads are made from sourdough, without yeast, through 48 hours of fermentation. His flours, certified organic, are milled in a stone mill and both the salt and water are also carefully used throughout the process. The water used comes directly from the Sierra de Nigüelas, and the salt, certified organic, comes from Alicante.
