Undoubtedly, a good bread makes the difference in any meal and, despite this, the distance between a good bread and a not so good one is not so great economically or, at least, it is worth it. Luis' breads have the ability to enhance any meal with which you accompany them, to transform it through a super deep flavors that account for a patient preparation and made with care.
All Luis' breads are made from sourdough, without yeast and through a process of 48 hours of fermentation. His flours, certified organic, are milled in a stone mill and both salt and water are also carefully used throughout the process. The water used comes directly from the Sierra de Nigüelas, a water of magnificent quality recognized and the salt, certified organic, comes from Alicante.
