Everything in life comes for a reason. That's what we first though when we tried Eric's sushi. He was our new neighbour in Elvira's street and we were curious about her little sushi restaurant, so, one day after work we ate there and gave it a try.
It's amazing how you can really feel the effort and love someone has put in the food you are tasting. In Eric's place everything match together and immediately we thought "this would paired amazing with some of our wines".
That is were our story started. Wine and sushi, sushi and wine. For some, a weird mixture but, when you really understand flavours, you can create something really beautiful with them and if you have doubts about it, I really recommend you to visit Eric's place and give it a try, you will not regret it.
Having this in mind we started working with them. Suddenly everyone started loving the natural wine and sushi idea so we decided to do an event to celebrate and enjoy good sushi and wine.
Jessica, Alba, Eric and Steffani did an amazing job preparing and selecting the diverse menu for the evening. Everything was very well thought out and the wine selection made the sushi flavours pop-up.
Moscabeo, the pet-nat sparkling wine of Viñerón winery; Francachella, a fruity and aromatic white wine from Vintopía winery; Mil Pieles, a complex orange wine from García Verdevique winery and Jaén Negro, a round red wine from García Verdevique, were the selected wines for this occasion.
Some of the people that participated in the pop-up even went to our shop when they finish to buy some more extra wine, the vibe was really on the air!
We're glad to make events like this and to share our passion for wine and food.
Stay tuned to join us in a next event!

The first ever oxidative wine bottles from La Alpujarra. Made from a base of Rosé with different indigenous varieties, all the vines are at least 100 years old, and went through an oxidative process (where the wine is in contact with air and develop a very different ageing) Rancio Wine or Palo Cortado but with the elegance and acidity from the altitude of the highest vineyard in Europe (1410m above sea level)
We have very few bottles left but this is the best gift for somebody who is a fan of a rare wine like this one and need a wine to truly give a proper farewell to 2020.

All the pieces are made by Susana, creator of Sukerámica, they are absolutely unique, the whole process is artisanal and she makes them in her studio in Maracena, Granada. The whole process takes 15 days, between the shaping, the double round in the kiln and painting them!
There aren’t two identical pieces, so if you like any of these, please contact us as they fly out the shelves!
2 days ago when we did the unboxing via stories, we sold half of the pieces!
So, yep, they truly fly! Take a look at the ceramic section to see all the new pieces :))
